Cabinetry that is Uniquely You

We value these expressions and we certainly pride ourselves in having the ability to create cabinetry that is, as we like to describe it, uniquely you. Unfortunately, I, as well as other members of our team who aren't constantly on the floor working on these projects, tend to overlook some of these creative designs. However, this mammoth cherry range hood caught the attention of everyone.

Hoods are often a focal point for homeowners, so our team is accustomed to seeing some inspired cabinets like this one, but this particular piece set itself apart from the rest. All of the many carvings and elaborate corbels that are attached to the hood were done by Enkebol Designs. These decorative attachments help to move this hood to the top of its class in traditional kitchen design.

Just to give you an idea of the size and intricacy of this hood; it took one of our skilled finishers over 9 hours just to stain the entire piece. Glazing the piece took nearly as long. In comparison, a hood built at a more normal size generally takes less than half that amount of time to finish.
