Making the Small Things A Big Thing
Handcrafting custom furniture pieces and one-of-a-kind cabinets is our passion, but that doesn't mean we overlook the small things.
Sure, we enjoy handcrafting one of a kind heirlooms that take any old house and turn it into a home. That doesn't mean we overlook the small things, just the opposite actually. We understand that the remodeling process can be a grueling and sometimes even aggravating one for many homeowners. Our desire is to eliminate any headaches from our end so that you can enjoy your cabinets from the day they are delivered, through installation and right up to the first day you are cooking or entertaining family and friends.
NOTABLE UNNOTICEABLES 1
CABINET SUB TOP
What is a sub top? This is a piece of plywood (melamine, depending on cabinet line) that goes at the top and in between the sides of the cabinet. Many manufacturers choose not to put a sub top on their cabinets, but there are a number of reasons why it is beneficial.
- Keeps dust, dirt and debris out of the cabinets during installation (which is why it's sometimes referred to as a dust top.)
- Helps to keep every cabinet perfectly square.
- Creates a drawer that is virtually jam proof.

FLOORS THAT ARE FLUSH TO THE FRONT
A floor is cabinet lingo for "the bottom." All of our floors are flush to the front of the cabinet. Again, there are a couple of reasons for doing this.
- Makes it a breeze to slide dishes and other kitchenware in and out.
- Makes the cabinet easier to clean since there is no lip for dust or dirt to gather.
We want you to truly enjoy your cabinets more and more each day you use them. That's why we think the little things are just as important as the big things. We want the notable unnoticeables to stand out the more you use your space, because they eliminate annoyances and make it easier for you to enjoy your space just the way you want; without any headaches.
