We are currently seeking a detail oriented, customer focused professional to join our Customer Service Department as an Order Processor. This position plays a key role in communication between our Engineering Team, Production Team, and our Customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cabinetry or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge retention skills.
• High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review purchase orders and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter orders with precise configuration details, modifications, and custom requests.
• Verify pricing, product codes, finish selections, and special instructions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, builders, and designers regarding order status, changes, and clarifications.
• Assist customers with production questions, design adjustments, and technical details related to their cabinetry orders.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with Customers and our internal teams to resolve them.
• Communicate changes, rush requests, or special handling needs to internal departments.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Typical Work Week:

• Job Type: Full-time
  
• 4 and 1/2 days (7am-4:30pm Monday thru Thursday, 8am-12pm Friday)
• Work Location: In person (Schaefferstown, PA 17088)

Qualifications:

• Cabinet Order Processing: 1 year (Preferred)
