Cutting/Panel Processing

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Panel Saw Operator to join our production team. This position plays a key role in the precision cutting of materials used in our high-end custom cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Panel Saws/CNC to cut wood panels and sheet goods according to specifications.
• Read and interpret cut lists, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in cuts to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Typical Work Week:

• Job Type: Full-time
  
• 4 ½ days (7am-4:30pm M thru Th. & F - 8 am- noon.)
• Work Location: In person (Schaefferstown, PA 17088)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a Panel Saw/CNC in a woodworking or cabinetry environment is required.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cut sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately.
• Physically able to lift and move sheet goods and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Panel Saw/CNC: 3 years (Required)

Pay

• $16 - $24/hour
