RPG Programmer/IBM i-series

This is not a "beginners" position. There will be some training, but it is important that the employee is already a strong programmer. We are looking to hire individuals with relevant experience - that are also ready to learn about the Plain & Fancy way of doing things.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
RPG Programmer/IBM i-series

Plain & Fancy is in business for 52 years this year, and we are excited about where we are headed! We are looking for individuals who are reliable, trustworthy, and have a desire to be part of our growing business. Specifically those with experience on an IBM AS400 system, and with a solid background in RPG programming. We need a team player that will strive to make themselves (and everyone around them) better every day! We would prefer that the individual has MRP/ERP experience in a manufacturing setting, and it would be a huge bonus if they are familiar with "Mac-Pac" manufacturing Software. Requirements:

  • Must be experienced on an IBM AS400 system
  • Must have a solid background in RPG Programming

Beneficial Skills/Background (not a requirement):

  • MRP/ERP experience in a manufacturing setting
  • familiar with "Mac-Pac" manufacturing Software
