Programmer/IT Manager

 

We are currently looking for a Computer Programmer/IT Manager who has experience working with the  IBM system AS/400 and also RPG  programming.  Must possess the  ability to work with department Supervisors to gain information to write programs to meet their  needs.

Order Processing/Engineer

We are looking to add to our Order Processing/Engineering department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Translate dealer information into product drawings for manufacturing
  • Edit and proof orders
  • Identify and list materials needed to achieve accurate quotes for dealers 
  • Answer dealer’s questions about product
  • Support Customer Service as needed 

Requirements:

  • Computer and AutoCAD literate
  • Understand floor plans, drawings and prints submitted by dealers
  • Good communication, people and organizational skills
  • Kitchen cabinet or furniture experience helpful

FINISH DEPARTMENT MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

To ensure that the materials, labor, equipment and miscellaneous items are available to meet the production schedule. You are primarily responsible for each area in the Finish Department and the day to day operations of the department. Must effectively utilize the department personnel to maintain or exceed the production level and labor cost. Must have the creative ability to develop new products and work with vendors to insure products are performing with our standards. It is important to work with other Department Managers to jointly evaluate daily and weekly production and labor requirements among all departments and prioritize daily tasks. Continually look to improve quality and production methods while increasing efficiency and profitability. You may be asked to perform various production activities assigned by the President or Plant Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Management experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of Finish Processes and Automated Finish Equipment is helpful but not necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and motivate a team of 20 plus employees.
  • Ability to analyze production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Set goals to meet or exceed requirements of weekly production schedule.
  • Ability to respond to changes in production schedule on short notice.
  • Implement a training/retraining program to improve the skill level of current and new employees.
